Previous experience with some kind of IT Engineering duties, where you had to administrate or automate advanced IT solutions
Strong analytical skills to be able to evaluate and challenge use cases
Basic Java Script knowledge
Working with any type of automation using AI automation frameworks (Optional)
Experience with Prompt Engineering (Optional)
Proactive and organized professional with strong coordination skills and an innovative mindset
Comfortable finding methods and solutions where there are no clear instructions and guides
Ability to own a use case and strive for the end result value in the most effective way

Responsibilities

Work with internal Workplace IT area to implement automation across services using Agentic AI and simple AI flow automation options depending on use cases
Learn and pave the way for other colleagues on methods to use in different situations
Discover and research best practices and available tools to meet expected results
Maintain those use cases
Collaborate with architects on compliance
Be a part of new and interesting ways to automate flows
