Requirements
- Visionary, multi-disciplinary creative architect thriving at the intersection of brand and creative
- Expertise in weaving generative AI tools into workflows to drive growth and impact
- AI-native creator skilled in Generative Design (Image/Video), AI-driven Copywriting, and sophisticated Prompt Engineering
- Ability to design, write, and produce high-impact, brand-forward assets at scale and speed
- Experience with advanced prompt engineering for text-to-image, text-to-video, and large language models (LLMs)
- Proficiency in AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Jasper, Runway, Sora, Veo, ChatGPT skills)
- Data-driven mindset with ability to collaborate with marketing channel leads and global marketing organization
- Hybrid work availability (two days in-office per week in San Francisco or New York City office)
Responsibilities
- Lead AI-Native Production: Design, script, and write assets across all formats (social, digital, CRM, OOH, landing pages) for Clients, Taskers, and Partners using end-to-end AI-enabled workflows
- Prompt Engineering & Model Curation: Master and apply advanced prompt engineering to maximize quality, nuance, and brand alignment of AI outputs
- Rapid Prototyping & Iteration: Use AI to generate creative variations for A/B testing and personalization, shortening concept-to-execution cycles
- AI Tool & Workflow Development: Research, test, and integrate new AI tools; establish best practices for the creative team
- Bring a clear point of view on using AI and other tools to enhance creative development and execution
- Determine workflows for team use of AI in creative development, including review and refinement processes
- Implement checkpoints and model tuning to ensure AI content adheres to visual identity, brand voice, and legal/ethical guidelines
- Partner with performance, CRM, and organic social teams to refine strategies and optimize performance data-driven
- Uphold Taskrabbit’s visual and verbal identity across all AI-driven work
