Requirements

  • Experience in client-facing or implementation-focused technical roles (e.g., Front Deployed Engineer, Data scientist, Business Analyst, Solution Architect, Front Deployed Engineer, Strategic consultant, Technical Consultant)
  • Strong analytical thinking and experience with AI, data modeling, Excel/Sheets, or BI tools
  • Proficiency with formulas, logic, and scripting concepts — experience in Python, SQL, or similar is a plus
  • Familiarity with SaaS products or business planning tools (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive, Tableau, Looker, etc.)
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, ETL pipelines, and systems integration concepts
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in fast-paced environments

Responsibilities

  • Translate business problems into Pigment logic using AI agents, formulas, dimensions, metrics, and advanced modeling techniques
  • Own the implementation of Pigment new AI capabilities for key customers: understand their needs, design scalable AI agents, and deliver custom AI solutions
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers, Solution Architects, and Product Managers to ensure smooth onboarding and deployment of new AI capabilities
  • Design and configure new AI agents tailored to address specific customer pain points & workflows
  • Develop AI prototypes that will supplement our existing AI agents to target and solve specific customer pain points
  • Collect and communicate customer needs and prototypes design/specifications with Product and Engineering teams to create new capabilities and improve the platform
  • Train and enable users, offering guidance on best practices and scalable Agentic AI deployments
  • Act as a trusted advisor, driving adoption and helping customers maximize the value they get from Pigment
