Requirements

Candidates should possess 2+ years of Agile delivery and coaching experience, along with expertise in Agile, Scaled Agile, and Product Management, and hold a recognized Agile qualification or certification such as PSM or SAFe Scrum Master. They should also have a proven record of coaching and influencing at the team level, and experience of successful delivery via a recognised agile methodology.

Responsibilities

The Agile Transformation Workforce Transformation practice Senior Consultant will support agile transformation engagements at team and portfolio levels, undertake Agile coaching engagements utilizing methodologies like SAFe, DAD, and LeSS, engage in agile delivery roles such as Agile Program Manager, Scrum Master, or Release Train Engineer, support Lean Portfolio Management engagements, assume ownership for client deliverables, play an advisory role to client leaders, and contribute to Workforce Transformation thought leadership, intellectual property, and methods/tools.
