  • Uso de tecnologías de IA generativa: chatbots avanzados, motores de búsqueda inteligentes
  • Entre 6 meses y 2 años de experiencia en roles similares
  • Habilidades técnicas, orientación al cliente y capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y colaborativa

Responsibilities

  • Brindar soporte técnico remoto a usuarios en diversos canales digitales
