Responsibilities

Coördinatie & ondersteuning: eerste aanspreekpunt voor agentschappen en interne stakeholders bij Air Products
Relatiebeheer: opbouwen en onderhouden van sterke relaties met agentschappen, inclusief het managen van contracten en het behandelen van klachten
Training & begeleiding: agentschappen trainen in tools, processen en nieuwe standaarden (cultuur en gedrag)
Supply Chain support: alles wat supply chain betreft bij agentschappen, inclusief stocktelling en informatie-uitwisseling
Procesverbetering: meedenken over beleid en implementatie van nieuwe werkwijzen
Communicatie: informatie doorspelen naar interne teams en agentschappen
Systemen: werken met SAP en andere interne tools
