Build, design and optimize AI agents in collaboration with customers — understanding their workflows, pain points, and goals
Act as strategic advisors, helping customers get the most out of Decagon's platform
Run tight feedback loops into Engineering — influence feature development based on real customer needs
Collaborate with your engineering pod to build new features when required to support specific customer use cases
Own enterprise customers' AI agents end-to-end, from implementation to steady-state
Represent Decagon externally — working closely with customers and prospects, participating in key deployments
