Responsibilities

  • Engage in interactive virtual training sessions led by industry experts to learn the basics of underwriting, risk analysis, and pricing strategies
  • Participate in case studies by applying knowledge to real-world scenarios, collaborating with peers to analyze risks, make underwriting decisions, and present recommendations
  • Attend professional development sessions to gain insights into career paths, receive mentorship, and build skills in communication, problem solving, and decision-making
  • Participate in networking opportunities to connect with company leaders, underwriters, and other industry professionals
  • Attend the 3-week virtual program sessions (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 3:00pm-4:30pm on specified dates in January and February)
