Requirements

  • Strong analog and digital troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose issues at the board and component level
  • Proficiency with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and signal generators
  • Familiarity with scripting or diagnostic programming to support testing (e.g., Python, LabVIEW, or C-based tools)
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Perform detailed analog and digital circuit troubleshooting down to the component level
  • Develop, implement, and maintain test procedures, fixtures, and diagnostic programs for production and repair activities
  • Support root cause analysis, test data review, and corrective action implementation for test-related issues
  • Author and revise test documentation, specifications, and reports through established change control processes
  • Collaborate with manufacturing teams to develop efficient test plans and ensure smooth workflow within test cells
  • Assist with transitioning test solutions during product transfers or acquisitions
  • Present technical updates, test results, and improvement recommendations to management
  • Support ongoing continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of technical excellence
