Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Energy Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical design of turbomachinery or high-temperature/high-pressure components
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., NX, Creo, CATIA) and simulation tools (ANSYS, Abaqus, Fluent)
  • Knowledge of high-performance materials (superalloys, ceramics, thermal coatings)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Responsibilities

  • Design and 3D modeling of mechanical components for aeroderivative turbines (e.g., compressors, combustors, cooling systems)
  • Perform structural and thermal analyses (FEM, CFD) to validate design robustness and reliability
  • Prepare technical specifications, manufacturing drawings, and design documentation
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and testing teams to support product industrialization
  • Provide technical support during assembly, testing, and commissioning phases
  • Ensure compliance with international standards (ASME, API, ISO) and apply best design practices
