Minimum two (2) years of experience as a Building Maintenance Technician B or at least three (3) years equivalent experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing or carpentry
Valid state driver's license
Successful completion of the Hire Vue assessment
Willingness to work nights, weekends, evening-shift (7pm-7am), overtime, scheduled/unscheduled shifts, and respond to emergency call outs
Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in all weather, including overnight travel if required
Electrician or HVAC license or CFC refrigerant certification preferred; must be willing to pursue certification
Excellent verbal, written, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to read, interpret, review, revise, and correct blueprints, drawings, schematics, specifications, and instructions
Ability to utilize a computer
Physical ability: constant standing, frequent walking, occasional pushing, pulling, lifting (up to and in excess of 50 lbs), climbing, squatting, kneeling, working at heights

Perform preventative/predictive maintenance, troubleshoot, repair, install, and operate HVAC-related equipment, emergency generators, and general building mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment/systems in accordance with industry standards and codes
Perform general building maintenance and repair related to drywall, masonry, painting, ceilings, roofing, tile, carpets, windows, and other related items
Monitor the work of, communicate effectively with, and/or assist contractors engaged in maintenance, construction, and operation activities; ensure compliance with contract terms, company safety, security, environmental, and conduct rules
Perform general housekeeping duties: assemble, move, repair, hang, and adjust furniture, wall hangings, doors, windows, office items; assist in snow removal, storm damage cleanup, lawn maintenance, spill cleanup, inventory management
Procure necessary quality parts and materials in the most economical and accepted manner
Maintain records, including inspection documentation, and submit reports as required
