Requirements

Candidates must have experience leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. A minimum of 7 years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience is required, along with proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions. Healthcare-provider experience and experience working collaboratively with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services are also necessary. Territory management skills, including pipeline building and working with sales counterparts, are essential. A Minnesota location is preferred, and travel may be required.

Responsibilities

The Solution Consultant will support Healthcare Provider Solution Sales by guiding revenue for assigned products, acting as a technical and domain expert for the client-facing sales team. This role involves leading discovery workshops to understand customer challenges, giving product demonstrations, and answering product feature and technical questions. The consultant will also guide strategic programs in top accounts, provide feedback to product management on product enhancements, share best practices with other Solution Consultants, stay current on competitive analysis, and support marketing events.
