  • Supervise and mentor a team of associates and senior associates; provide performance feedback and career development guidance
  • Develop and maintain client relationships; serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders
  • Prepare and review detailed reports, presentations, and expert witness documentation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across BPM to deliver integrated solutions
  • Ensure compliance with professional standards and firm policies
