Responsibilities

  • Single point of contact for customers across business units
  • Partner with sales teams and brokers to address customer satisfaction needs
  • Partner with Product supply, Supply planning, logistics and transportation teams to resolve order flow concerns
  • Manage phone calls and emails from customers and internal stakeholders
  • Process order changes, communicate all order changes, and track/reschedule customer orders
  • Apply best practices to resolve issues with product orders to meet delivery dates
  • Proactively manage order flow and communication of In Full issues
  • Recognize and track trends with customer issues and suggest process improvements
  • Improve quality and speed to meet and exceed customer expectations
  • Work collaboratively and independently to resolve escalations
  • Analyze, coordinate, and participate in implementation of design projects
  • Manage expedited orders, customer order change requests, customer pick ups, transportation issues, dock cuts, ship withs, general product information, plant redirects, and over/short/damaged products
