Requirements

  • Bachelor or master degree (preferred)
  • Relevant work experience (bonus, but not required)
  • Strong expertise in SharePoint and Office 365
  • Affinity with AI technology (plus)

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate digital information management across different service lines
  • Ensure information is correct, accessible, and user-friendly for colleagues and clients
  • Manage information dissemination and optimize intranet, SharePoint platform, newsletters, and databases
  • Uniformize platforms and keep them up-to-date and consistent
  • Provide advice and guidance to colleagues on setting up knowledge structures and self-managing content
  • Monitor quality and assist with data usage and publication processes
  • Serve as contact point for technical questions about the platforms
  • Understand platform languages and contribute to trends and projects in AI technology and automation
  • Share knowledge, challenging assignments, or improvement points during team meetings
  • Collaborate with colleagues from other departments to find solutions
