The hourly pay range for this position in Connecticut is $25.58–$38.37. It may also include a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance.

This role is based on-site at the Stafford Springs, CT facility with a standard Monday-Friday work schedule.

Candidates need 2-6 years in a mechanical role, preferably in manufacturing, proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical systems, ability to read complex schematics and engineering drawings, and excellent communication skills.
