Prior experience creating Advanced Campaigns, including A/B Testing, designing multi-channel & Cross-channel campaigns, and event-triggered recurring campaigns

Responsibilities
Design, configure, and launch A/B, multivariate (MVT), and auto-personalization tests using Adobe Target’s Visual Experience Composer (VEC) and Form-Based Composer
Execute complex targeting and personalization strategies using Adobe Target WebSDK and at.js, ensuring seamless integration across web and mobile platforms
Build and manage custom mboxes, profile scripts, and audience segments to deliver highly tailored experiences
Leverage advanced features such as Auto-Target, Auto-Allocate, Recommendations, and Experience Targeting (XT)
Collaborate with developers to implement and troubleshoot WebSDK-based implementations, ensuring accurate data collection and experience delivery
Maintain and optimize Adobe Target configurations, including identity stitching, edge network calls, and event forwarding
Develop and execute a robust testing and personalization roadmap aligned with business goals
Prioritize experiments based on impact, feasibility, and strategic value
Analyze test results using Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), and other BI tools
Translate data into actionable insights and present findings to stakeholders with clarity and strategic recommendations
Keep detailed documentation of test plans, technical configurations, and findings
Ensure governance and consistency in experimentation practices across teams and regions
Partner with product, UX, engineering, and marketing teams to align testing initiatives with broader digital strategies
Communicate proactively with global stakeholders
Evaluate, implement, and maintain new technologies including add-on apps to improve campaign optimization
Establish workflows to optimize and make the operations process seamless and efficient
Implement marketing automation campaigns using Oracle Eloqua by setting up segments, campaigns, emails, landing pages, and forms/form processing
Liaise with marketing, the business, and technology to successfully plan and launch email campaigns within deadlines and to a high quality
