Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, electrical engineering, or related field or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years working with A/B testing and site personalization efforts, preferably leveraging Adobe Target as a platform
  • Working experience in HTML, JavaScript, and CSS to make changes in Adobe Launch for Target-related requirements
  • Experience working with Adobe Launch
  • Adobe Target Web service implementation experience
  • Integrate additional systems and building out the Adobe stack
  • Implement A/B tests and help prioritize testing
  • Support an ongoing roadmap of Target improvements
  • Participate in technical & functional discussion with all business & IT teams
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • AEM Knowledge is an added advantage
  • Experience in design-level documentation of BRD, Technical and architectural diagrams
  • Ability to use real-time web analytics for monitoring results and optimizing/influencing testing outcomes

Responsibilities

  • Experience Optimization: Design, implement, and manage A/B and multivariate tests within Adobe Target to optimize user experiences across web and mobile platforms, using data-driven insights to enhance engagement and conversion rates
  • Customization and Personalization: Develop and deploy personalized content and experiences by leveraging Adobe Target's segmentation, personalization, and targeting capabilities, ensuring alignment with business goals and user behavior patterns
  • Integration and Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, analytics, UX, and IT, to integrate Adobe Target with other Adobe Experience Cloud products (like Adobe Analytics) and other platforms, ensuring seamless data flows and maximizing testing insights
  • Technical Implementation: Write, test, and deploy JavaScript, HTML, and CSS code snippets and develop audience-targeting criteria within Adobe Target, implementing advanced tracking to capture user interactions and test performance
  • Troubleshooting and Optimization: Identify and resolve technical issues related to test deployments, ensuring proper functionality across browsers and devices, and continuously optimizing tests for better performance
  • Reporting and Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on test results to stakeholders, using Adobe Analytics and other tools to translate findings into actionable recommendations that support strategic business objectives
