Requirements

  • 7 to 10 or more years of experience in marketing technology, MarTech architecture, or data engineering
  • Several full end-to-end Adobe RTCDP implementations completed, including architecture, ingestion, identity design, and activation
  • 3 or more years of hands-on Adobe RTCDP and AEP experience, including XDM schema design, profile enablement, ingestion, and identity resolution
  • Experienced with APIs, streaming ingestion, and ETL or ELT pipelines
  • Experience designing for federated data architectures, including Federated Audience Composition (FAC)
  • Strong understanding of Identity Service, stitching logic, profile merging, and multi-source identity and privacy challenges
  • Experience with Adobe Tags (Launch), Adobe Analytics, CJA, and Journey Optimizer strongly preferred
  • Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, and data warehouses such as Snowflake, Salesforce CDP, Segment, BigQuery, or Redshift
  • Knowledge of privacy, consent, data governance, GDPR or CCPA, and enterprise security models
  • Proficient understanding of programming languages such as Python, Javascript, or SQL
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, communication, collaboration, solution documentation, and client-facing consulting skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable, privacy-compliant customer data architectures
  • Ensure the successful implementation of enterprise-grade CDP solutions for a major telecommunications client
  • Define data structures, identity strategies, governance standards, and activation patterns that power high-quality customer profiles and downstream segmentation
  • Partner closely with the Multi-Solution Architect, Product Manager, Data Engineering teams, privacy stakeholders, and enterprise data teams to ensure alignment with GSAM and global data structures
  • Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols
  • Identify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets
  • Understand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
  • Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information
