Responsibilities

  • File management and ensuring all information is updated and accurate
  • Collection and maintenance of customer contact and relevant information
  • Ensure all calls and information is directed to the correct person
  • Lead and track the Service Departments AP and AR
  • Manage various project related documents
  • Track and report service inventory allocation
  • Maintain employee paperwork
  • Other duties as required/assigned
