Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Perform diverse and complex secretarial/administrative duties with minimal instruction or supervision
  • Handle office management and coordinate administrative support, including reception/secretarial functions
  • Manage data, records retention, and ensure confidentiality
  • Transcribe handwritten or verbal communications into typed format (e.g., correspondence, reports, charts, meeting minutes); edit, copy, collate, and assemble documents
  • Answer phone calls
  • Arrange, coordinate, and facilitate meetings
  • Coordinate schedules and appointments
  • Assist with analysis, collection, and maintenance of records and data; prepare reports and presentations
  • Attend meetings, participate on committees, coordinate agendas, and record accurate minutes
  • Gather information from various sources for credentialing processes
  • Complete assigned projects
  • Receive and analyze customer requests/inquiries (in person, phone, mail), provide information or route to appropriate person courteously and timely
  • Respond independently and appropriately to requests as needed
  • Assist with physician onboarding, tracking, and reimbursement for physicians or leadership staff
