Responsibilities

  • Support Sr. Dir / VP-level team members from the Commercial Impact organization with administrative tasks on an as-needed basis
  • Make hotel room reservations for senior leaders attending conferences and events
  • Assist with coordinating travel logistics for senior leaders
  • Maintain Outlook calendars, including creating and prioritizing appointments and travel
  • Organize meetings, including multi-attendee scheduling
  • Interact with senior leaders and executives
  • Submit monthly expense reporting
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Operations team
  • Collaborate with Business Development and external partners or vendors to coordinate shipping inventory to conferences and events
  • Assist the Senior Director, Business Development in coordinating conference and event logistics (registering attendees, making dinner reservations, managing hotel reservations)
  • Support pre-event planning, including internal team communications, booking catering, and scheduling internal prep meetings
  • Provide general administrative support to the Commercial Impact organization for internal and external events and meetings as needed
