Responsibilities

Daily administrative tasks support for SIC Department
Create Shopping Carts for Engineering Team in SAP ERP system
Reserve meeting rooms
Create meeting minutes and notes for participants
Coordinate materials and engineering samples shipment for internal and external orders
Coordinate business travels for employees including hotels reservations, air tickets purchase, car rentals
Support in creating travel expenses for business trips
Work together with Classifications Team to identify proper tariff codes for shipments
Coordinate plant visits for internal and external visitors including agenda, meetings schedule, meeting rooms reservations, catering
Support in new employee onboarding plan
Create Department Charts
Track open space seats assignment
