Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2 to 4 years’ experience in front office and office administration
  • Proficiency in Office Software: Command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Capability to address and resolve issues promptly and efficiently
  • Confidentiality: Understanding of the importance of maintaining confidentiality in handling sensitive information
  • Ability to travel – 10% to 20%
  • Ability to lift, move or carry equipment, any other physical requirements

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the office Administration and daily front office operations to maintain an organized and efficient work environment
  • Handle daily incoming and outgoing communications – Including mails, emails, Phone calls etc
  • Assist visitors and clients, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences and company events
  • Address inquiries and provide information as needed
  • Assist in basic accounting tasks such as invoice processing, expense tracking, and budget monitoring
  • Responsible for stock management - office supplies, equipment, and inventory, ensuring timely procurement and maintenance
  • Vendor and client interaction and visitor logs, Security/housekeeping compliance and Courier Management
  • Manage calendars for executives and team members, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Oversee office maintenance, including cleanliness, repairs, and safety protocols
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by management
