Requirements

B.S. or higher degree in Electrical/Electronics or Computer Science Engineering related
At least 8 years working experience in Automotive Embedded software development with proficient C, C++ programming skill
At least 3 years working experience in team leadership or management role, responsible for resource management (people and tools)
Thorough knowledge and understanding of Embedded SOC, MCU, peripheral
Excellent communication skills with internal team members and external customers
Excellent English language skill in speaking, reading and writing
Deep understanding of software development processes and methods (traditional, agile, …)

Responsibilities

Disciplinary leadership of a cross-functional team with embedded engineers, vehicle testing engineers and AI deployment experts
Lead the design, implementation and optimization of embedded software/hardware for vehicle control units, sensors, etc
Drive the integration of AI/ML models into embedded systems
Responsibility for the quality of the development team’s work products
Drive the testing and validation of developed system’s running on vehicle
Enhance technical and personal capabilities of development team according to the development plan
Oversee the entire development lifecycle, from vehicle system design to AI model deployment, ensuring seamless integration for ADAS applications
