Proficiency in Sprinklr Implementation and Product Solutioning
Strong understanding of customer service processes and operations
Experience with IVR, Outbound Voice, Email, Chat, Video, and messaging services
Hands-on experience with CICD tools
Functional and hands-on experience on Voice and Non-Voice applications using Architect/Composer/Interaction Designer
Location: Gurgaon, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Hyderabad

Responsibilities

Plan, design, implement, and configure Sprinklr platform with clients
Act as a subject matter expert on Sprinklr service across the delivery lifecycle
Deliver customer interaction solutions across IVR, web, email, chat, SMS, social media, etc
Design AI-powered customer and employee experience enhancements
Integrate Sprinklr unified CXM with enterprise systems
Stay current with training and maintain updated Sprinklr certifications
Implement orchestration platform of Sprinklr in Fortune 500 companies or leading consulting firms
Design, build, and configure Sprinklr applications to meet business process and application requirements
Work closely with clients to implement strategies that enhance customer experience across various interaction channels
