Requirements

• 3 years US GAAP public company experience is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or similar discipline.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is a plus, but not required.
• Deep understanding of US GAAP with IFRS knowledge beneficial.
• Experience with Zuora Billing or similar billing systems is highly desirable.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and/or Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Support the monthly close process, including making journal entries.
• Perform cash and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyze balance sheet and P&L accounts.
• Serve as the primary liaison and point of contact for Billing and Accounts Receivable (AR) during external audit procedures.
• Partner with the Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) team for system and process improvement projects.
• Provide insight and input on accounting impacts of system and process changes to Zuora Billing.
• Reconcile and analyze AR sub-ledger accounts to the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Establish effective and automated processes for AR reporting and analytics.
• Support the design and implementation of new policies and procedures related to audit requirements and business activities.
• Work with and support the accounting team in day-to-day activities, special projects, and workflow process improvements.
• Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.
