Responsibilities

Responsibilities include maintaining vendor records, onboarding new suppliers according to company policy, and coordinating with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and secure approvals. The role also involves reconciling AP accounts, supporting month-end and quarter-end close activities, preparing and managing various payment runs, and monitoring aged payables. Additionally, the specialist will assist with internal audits, ensure compliance with Indian tax regulations like GST and TDS, and contribute to the continuous improvement of AP processes, including automation and documentation.
