Requirements

  • 3 years or more experience in Accounts Payable, preferably in a Procure-to-Pay environment
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of basic accounting principles
  • Experience with Travel & Entertainment policies and expense auditing processes
  • Experience using Workday and Coupa (preferred) or other cloud-based software for invoice processing
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Adaptability to navigate evolving environments and priorities

Responsibilities

  • Process PO-backed and non-backed supplier invoices in Coupa
  • Conduct expense report audits for all employees in Workday and/or AppZen
  • Monitor prepaid expense tracking by validating entries and creating prepaid schedules
  • Serve as a key liaison between the AP team and 2U business leaders to address inquiries and resolve invoicing related issues
  • Provide detailed support for internal and external audits, including documentation and compliance with control testing protocols (yearly ad-hoc)
  • Perform system testing and validation procedures in accordance with Workday new release guidelines (yearly ad-hoc)
