Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1 - 2 years of accounting experience (AP, AR, Bookkeeping)
- Proven experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written English skills
- Willing to work onsite in MAKATI or MANDALUYONG
- Amenable to working night shifts
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting tasks for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain and reconcile financial records
- Create and manage spreadsheets for data analysis, reporting, and forecasting
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements and management reports
- Liaise with clients to gather financial information and provide ongoing support
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and company policies
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and workflow
