Responsibilities

Monthly Book closure - US GAAP Legal entity closings and general accounting for one or more ledgers/legal entities spread across Asia
Financial analysis - Financial statement preparation and analysis including variance analysis, gross margin analysis and forex impact analysis
Financial reporting - Responsible for monthly book close by liaising with stakeholders and ensuring financials are reflecting business unit performance and Legal entity results are presented fairly. Responsible to ensure required adjustments entries are posted before month close
Annual / Quarterly Business plan - Responsible for preparation and submission of Annual/quarterly business plans and review with Facility and Business Resource Management
Profit center reporting - Ensure Business units results
Assisting in business planning, profit center reporting, monthly book closure, capital and inventory management
Ensure high integrity financial reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP including strong internal control environment in accordance with SOX regulations
Perform monthly book closure with required management adjustment journal entries
Support Local GAAP audit by preparing financials and coordinating with auditors
Preparing reconciliation for balance sheet accounts and perform general accounting functions
