Responsibilities

The Accounting and Administrative Manager will manage the company's financial accounting, reporting, and internal control processes to ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations. They will supervise the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting cycles, and work with external auditors to ensure timely completion of all required financial statements and audits. The role includes overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, such as accounts payable and receivable, payroll, expense reports, cash management, and fixed assets inventory management. Additionally, they will continually identify and implement process improvements and best practices to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the accounting function. Monitoring and analyzing industry trends, regional government/tax incentives, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape to identify risks and opportunities will also be part of their responsibilities. Lastly, they will assist in the preparation of presentations and reports outlining financial data with a clear narrative for senior leadership and other stakeholders.
