Knowledge of monthly/quarterly/annual close processes
Ability to perform monthly withholding PIT calculation and payment
Experience with monthly Balance Sheet reconciliation
Skills in managing intercompany billing transactions
Familiarity with Vantive MSA related transactions
Capability to review, perform payment requests, and follow up on monthly WHT returns and yearly CIT returns for Indonesia
Proficiency in performing and following up monthly funding requests to Treasury
Experience processing and researching invoices, vendor debit/credit memos in multiple systems and languages
Ability to process payments to third-party suppliers and local payments
Collaboration skills with GBS, Procurement, BSM, vendors, banks, and in-country personnel to resolve issues
Knowledge to enforce channel strategies and manage compliance with policies and procedures
Support for period-end close reconciliation activities
Advisory expertise on tax and agreements for local regulatory compliance
Data Steward role: ability to review and approve vendor master data in MDM
Concur T&E approver: ability to review and approve Concur T&E claims

Responsibilities

Support monthly/quarterly/annual close processes
Perform monthly withholding PIT calculation and payment
Manage monthly Balance Sheet reconciliation
Manage intercompany billing transactions
Support Vantive MSA related transactions
Review, perform payment request, and follow up on monthly WHT returns; review yearly CIT returns for Indonesia
Perform and follow up monthly funding requests sent to the Treasury team
Process and research invoices, vendor debit/credit memos in multiple systems and languages
Process payments to third-party suppliers and local payments as needed
Work with GBS, Procurement, BSM, vendors, banks, and in-country personnel to address and resolve issues, enforce channel strategies, and manage compliance
Support period-end close reconciliation activities as needed
Provide advice on tax and agreements related to local regulations
