Responsibilities

  • Managing provider invoices with purchase orders
  • Analysis of open purchase orders
  • Dealing with providers’ requests
  • Conformity check and accounting recording with analytical imputation
  • Analysis of providers auxiliary accounts
  • Participation in monthly closings, accrual and prepaid expenses
  • Calculation and posting of deferred expenses
  • Support for the professional expenses tool (organizational updates and transaction accounting)
  • Comptabilisation de la trésorerie et suivi des emprunts (rapprochements bancaires, réconciliation avec les tableaux d’amortissements, saisie éventuelle des nouveaux emprunts)
  • Prise en charge de l’outil dédié aux frais professionnels (contrôle et comptabilisation des opérations)
  • Amélioration constant de l’outil et de nos process
