Responsibilities

Managing provider invoices with purchase orders
Analysis of open purchase orders
Dealing with providers’ requests
Conformity check and accounting recording with analytical imputation
Analysis of providers auxiliary accounts
Participation in monthly closings, accrual and prepaid expenses
Calculation and posting of deferred expenses
Support for the professional expenses tool (organizational updates and transaction accounting)
Comptabilisation de la trésorerie et suivi des emprunts (rapprochements bancaires, réconciliation avec les tableaux d’amortissements, saisie éventuelle des nouveaux emprunts)
Prise en charge de l’outil dédié aux frais professionnels (contrôle et comptabilisation des opérations)
