Degree in business administration or adequate professional experience focusing on Finance/Accounting/Controlling
Basic understanding of accounting principles and AR processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or QAD (advantage)
Knowledge of internal controls and documentation standards (plus)

Responsibilities

Enter customer and transaction data accurately into financial systems
Ensure proper organization and control of supporting documents
Assist in tracking and preparing payments for application
Organize remittances and match documentation for review
Assist in updating customer information and validating related documentation
Help maintain the integrity of the customer database
Support the collections process by sending reminders and logging responses
Coordinate with the team on any unresolved issues
Serve as the initial contact for basic inquiries related to AR
Maintain a log of cases and escalate when needed
Organize digital and/or physical files to ensure proper tracking and audit readiness
Maintain up-to-date and accessible records
Compile and format data for weekly or monthly reports
Run predefined system reports as required
Assist in preparing required data and supporting documents for the month-end close process
Ensure accuracy and completeness of information submitted
