Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Cantonese and English are required, along with experience in complex sales and comfort selling to C-level executives. Candidates must be relationship builders with exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a success-oriented mindset. Technical aptitude and prior experience in API B2B sales or account management are also necessary.
The Account Manager will build deep relationships with their portfolio to understand customer needs and provide value-based solutions using Airwallex's products and services. They will advocate for Airwallex, ensuring SME customers utilize services effectively, and achieve revenue targets by focusing on input metrics. Responsibilities include forecasting and building a pipeline within Salesforce, as well as collaborating with internal stakeholders to share customer insights and contribute to product roadmap development.
