Responsibilities

Owning relationships with key schools and helping them hire smarter and faster
Leading school leaders through recruitment processes with a consultative approach
Picking up the phone and building genuine relationships (outbound calling focused on helping)
Collaborating closely with Sales, Ops, and Tech teams to ensure schools get the best experience
Diving into whatever’s needed, including chatting with Headteachers about savings, sourcing teachers, following up to expand usage, sharing product feedback, resolving bookings, and brainstorming pipeline improvements
