Fluency in German and English is required, and the role is based in Germany or the DACH region with the ability to travel locally as needed.
The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities within Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, while also delivering exceptional customer service to existing clients, upholding Converge’s reputation through adherence to quality standards and trade principles, and staying informed about industry trends and market dynamics to drive business growth and maintain a competitive edge.
