The Account Manager will manage an individual book of business consisting of top strategic accounts, focusing on building long-term relationships and account growth. They will identify and implement opportunities for cross-selling and new business, ensure timely delivery and communication, maintain customer retention, track KPIs, and serve as a go-to expert on product offerings and processes.
