Requirements

  • 3–5 years experience in deal desk, contract management, or sales operations, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce and contract lifecycle management tools
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive deals to closure in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Sales, and Customer Success teams
  • Experience coordinating internal approvals and managing deal documentation
  • Self-starter who thrives in a process-driven, ever-changing environment
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end execution of customer contracts for renewals, expansions, and cross-sells
  • Coordinate internal approvals for pricing, legal, finance, and non-standard terms with the deal desk team
  • Maintain Salesforce pipeline accuracy and ensure timely updates to deal stages and documentation
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Account Managers when strategic input or customer engagement is required
  • Track and report on contract status, renewal timelines, and deal progress
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and processes throughout the deal lifecycle
  • Prepare and manage pricing documentation and contract packages for customer delivery
  • Support the AM and CSM in presentation creation
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams during deal execution
