This team is dedicated to identifying, acquiring, and onboarding Spanish-speaking professionals to enhance the Thumbtack platform. You will play a crucial role in filling market gaps with high-quality service providers, improving customer experience, and driving pro success. The Spanish Pro team focuses on acquiring and onboarding Spanish language professionals. This involves a mix of inbound and outbound lead generation, as well as managing acquired pros for 30 days post-sale through a structured account ownership cadence.

You will be expected to thrive in a dynamic, less structured environment where your self-motivation and effort directly impact customer experience and Thumbtack's bottom line.
