  • Reliable personal transportation (car) required for daily travel to Mount Coot-tha office
  • Strong customer service experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with people (via telephone) and relate to people at all levels of client/agency organisations
  • Demonstrates attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Microsoft PowerPoint skills highly desirable
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment as a team player
  • Right to lawfully work and live in Australia

Responsibilities

  • Booking and revising advertising spots within the context of an advertising campaign
  • Communicating with clients to ensure smooth running of advertising campaigns
  • Accommodate and prioritise a number of concurrent advertising campaigns
  • Liaise with advertising agencies via telephone to coordinate bookings, revisions and rates for advertising campaigns
  • Confirm phone bookings with agency/client via email
  • Monitor movement of advertising spots in traffic system and act to ensure number and amount of credits are reduced
  • General administrative tasks for sales team
  • Delivering solutions and superior service for a designated agency and client group
  • Assisting the Sales Executive to achieve revenue targets
