Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in a quota-carrying role selling SaaS, achieving at least 95% of their annual quota and consistently meeting 90% of their monthly targets, and possess a strong desire to continuously learn and improve. They should also be capable of self-sourcing deals, generating 30% of their total deals through proactive efforts, and maintain an accurate and up-to-date Salesforce record.
As an Account Executive, the candidate will develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, drive their pipeline by generating around 30% of it through proactive outbound efforts, own the sales process by managing the entire cycle from discovery to negotiation, aiming to close a minimum of 40% of deals successfully, lead in-depth evaluations and deliver live product demonstrations, maintain forecast accuracy within 10% and effectively manage the pipeline using Salesforce, engage with the nonprofit community to build credibility and educate prospects, and become a Bloomerang expert by gaining deep knowledge of all tools and services.
