Requirements

The candidate must be located in EMEA and possess at least 3 years of closing sales experience, with a minimum of 2 years selling into the UK&I market. A proven track record of developing a greenfield territory and expanding business, along with SFDC proficiency, is required. Experience in cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction, and a desire to work for a fast-paced startup with increasing responsibility are also key qualifications.

Responsibilities

The Account Executive will communicate with clients to understand their needs and explain product value, managing the full sales cycle for renewals, upsell, and cross-sell by leveraging cross-departmental expertise. They will collaborate with internal departments to facilitate client needs fulfillment, proactively engage cross-functionally to bring new product development, client engagement, and competitive intelligence strategies to the larger team, and meet or exceed monthly and yearly revenue targets. Maintaining accurate SFDC data, resolving complaints, preventing additional issues by improving processes, and acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience are also core duties.
