Position Overview

EvenUp is a rapidly growing generative AI startup dedicated to leveling the playing field for personal injury victims. Our innovative products assist law firms in achieving faster settlements, higher payouts, and better outcomes for those in need. We are seeking a motivated Account Executive in Detroit to execute and refine our sales playbook, covering the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, eager to own their pipeline and results, and committed to contributing to our mission. EvenUp is invested in the professional development and enablement of its sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, including outbound prospecting.
  • Conduct a minimum of 30 cold calls daily with the objective of generating 3 self-sourced meetings per week.
  • Dedicate 1-3 days per week to in-person prospect meetings, focusing on relationship building and demonstrating product value.
  • Travel to industry events and conferences to engage with key law firm decision-makers and close deals.
  • Maintain consistent communication with cross-functional team members.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience managing an end-to-end sales process, preferably within B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Solid organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-driven and results-oriented.
  • Team player with a competitive spirit.
  • Commitment to data hygiene and effective utilization of available tools and resources.
