Position Overview

Deel is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Account Executive to drive sales growth by acquiring and managing relationships with clients across all segments. This role is crucial for expanding Deel's customer base and reinforcing our commitment to meeting unique client needs, ultimately contributing to significant revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Grow and manage a targeted account list.
  • Develop and execute a territory plan for acquiring business with prospective companies.
  • Manage the customer buying journey from start to finish, providing guidance and subject matter expertise.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and yearly revenue targets.
  • Continuously develop a robust sales pipeline through individual outreach, collaboration with sales development representatives, and management of inbound prospects.
  • Maintain an up-to-date CRM system with customer information, forecasts, and pipeline data.

Qualifications

  • Geographically based in EMEA.
  • 3+ years of sales experience in a quota-carrying sales role.
  • Proven track record of developing a greenfield territory, executing across the full sales cycle, and adding net new logos.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
  • A strong desire to work for a fast-paced startup and take on increasing levels of responsibility.
