Regional Account Executive - Public Sector

Position Overview

Flock Safety is seeking a motivated and established outside sales professional to join our growing Public Sector sales team as a Regional Account Executive. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a competitive, fast-paced, and mission-driven environment, offering a game-changing opportunity to sell innovative technology while contributing to crime reduction. The successful candidate will focus on a single market, owning demand generation, partnerships, and full-cycle software sales. This is a 100% remote field sales opportunity requiring regional travel up to 50% during peak seasons.

The Opportunity

As a Regional Account Executive, you will be instrumental in Flock's growth by focusing on a specific market. You will be responsible for:

  • Demand generation
  • Developing strategic partnerships
  • Managing the full sales cycle for software solutions
  • Owning and developing a defined territory

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of full-cycle sales experience, with a strong emphasis on outside/field software sales.
  • Self-starter mentality with a proven ability to learn, take initiative, and produce results within a defined territory.
  • Demonstrated experience using outbound sales strategies to develop new business.
  • Ability to quickly learn and master technical products, becoming a subject matter expert for clients.
  • Strong presentation and demonstration skills.
  • A consultative sales approach, energized by solving customer problems.
  • Enjoyment of working in a fast-paced, data-driven sales environment.
  • Startup experience is a plus.
