A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or a related field, along with 2 to 4 years of relevant sales or business development experience, is preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills are also required.
The Account Executive will secure leads through inbound and outbound phone and email outreach by identifying and qualifying sales opportunities. They will qualify leads from marketing campaigns and produce qualified prospects by following up on inbound leads. Conducting outbound calling techniques to target partners and contacting potential partners through cold calls and emails is essential. The role involves nurturing prospects, discovering their needs, offering relevant resources, and articulating why Wander Teams is the right choice for them. They will maintain strong knowledge of Wander’s homes and concierge processes, document outbound and inbound activity, and maintain partner details in a self-managed pipeline list. Collaboration with marketing, product management, and concierge teams is also a key responsibility.
