The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree and possess at least 5 years of experience in account management, preferably within the SaaS industry, with a demonstrated track record of successfully managing and growing key accounts. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills are essential, along with a deep understanding of B2B sales processes and customer relationship management.
As an Account Director, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through account renewals and expanding existing client relationships, managing stakeholder expectations, and proactively identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Insider’s platform. You will also collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure client satisfaction and achieve business objectives, and contribute to the overall success of Insider’s growth strategy within the Mexican market.
