Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience in an Agency setting
  • Proven track record of managing team and developing staff within account and other disciplines
  • Experience and established approach in building relationships that result in new, profitable revenue opportunities as well as driving incremental growth with existing clients
  • Experience negotiating SOW and contracts, effective forecasting, scoping with relationships within PM and Finance departments

Responsibilities

  • Lead account members and provide cross discipline leadership to oversee the translation of our client’s vision into a roadmap that will achieve client goals, striving consistently to make Famously Effective work
  • Be the key point person for all day-to-day client communication across multiple teams
  • Effectively assign, delegate and monitor the work of agency staff assigned to your accounts
  • Provide a model of project and team leadership; prepared, proactive, thorough, fair, balanced and a willingness to do whatever is required by clearly communicating expectations
  • Manage and implement projects from concept to execution; create accurate budgets and schedules, manage budget with the partnership of PM, Finance and Executive Leadership
  • Develop strong internal relationships with all disciplines; effective day-to-day management of the agency team in terms of direction and guidance
  • Understand the healthcare market and competition, with a perspective and POV on trends that brings innovative thinking and ensures leadership quality deliverables
  • Possess a strong knowledge of the client’s business, category and competition
  • Oversee and manage legal approval process and talent tracking for all advertising
  • Foster strong cohesive working interdisciplinary teams
